1:1 or Small Group PT sessions

Looking for a personal training experience focused on building strength and empowerment? You have come to the right place. 

 

I am passionate about helping women build their resilience and confidence through resistance training. Whether you are returning to fitness as a new mum, or you are manouvering menopause symptoms, I will develop a strength programme to suit YOU - your individual circumstances and your goals.

Choose between:

  1. 1:1 In Person PT sessions at a private studio in or your home

  2. A combination of remote coaching plus 1:1 in person PT

  3. Small Group PT sessions  (2:1 or 3:1) online or in person
